Costumes ENCOURAGED, PRIZES AWARDED
This event has grown MORE popular each year and we're looking forward to our growing festival.
We will have a few vendor booths selling Dog stuff, a hot dog vendor and even LIVE MUSIC this year.
Celebrity Judges will award prizes for Top Dog, Best costume and more.
